  • oMail - oMail is a Perl-based Web front end to qmail/vmailmgrd using MySQL. Features include: mailbox/alias management, autoresponder support, changing passwords, and support for French, English, and German. The way it works is: the maildomain administrator logs in with domain name and unix account password, these info are stored in a sql session table with an expiration time, for every "system" request, the suid wrapper (vwrap.pl) is called, and on logout or after expiration, the session is removed from the table. • Signup & Win! Script - Similar to signupmult.pl, this script also saves new subscribers to a file. pickwin.pl runs once a week using a CRON, and randomly picks 3 winners (settable) from the file (who have not already won in winners.txt) created by signupwin.pl and emails them. winners.txt is purged manually each time the contest prize changes (every 5-6 weeks). • ThinMailer - ThinMailer is a very thin email client for the web. The script is pretty straightforward and there are only two files. ThinMailer differs from other web-based email clients because it doesn't require a SMTP connection, you can use Sendmail. (Added: 21-May-2000 Hits: 1602)
  • Web Masters E-mail Sender v2.0 - Allows web masters to send e-mail to anyone using their website e-mail address, webmaster@whatever.com Instead of using their AOL account or whatever. Script remembers upto three e-mail Subjects and three e-mail Sender addresses. Has a lot more options including adding a Signature to e-mails. Requires access to "Sendmail" or equivalent and "E-mail Forwarding". (Added: 30-Dec-2000 Hits: 730)
  • Web-B-Mail - Web-B-Mail: a completely self-contained, web-based messaging system. Users on the system can only send messages to others on the same system, and users who do not have accounts on the system cannot send mail to those who do. Useful for class accounts, and for younger students whom you may not want to expose to uncensored Internet email as a whole. (Added: 30-Jul-1999 Hits: 1289)
